Our theme for this week is "Anything Goes"

This week I decided to start on my art/creative journal. Not putting a lot of pre-thought into it I really had no ideas of where to start or how it would all interact with each other.
I started with gelatos and my watercolours (just some dollar store ones). I sprayed some stencils with Dylusions and also used white gesso. You can see how some of the colour has bled through onto the gesso.
I then printed out the beautiful digi 3 times on different patterned papers and paper pieced then together.
I then chose chipboard in different fonts that I painted or altered.
I was very happy with the end result. Looking forward to more journal pages in the future.

This is so pretty!!! I am in awe of the supplies you have used. They are some that I would like to try myself someday. Although, some of them seem intimidating to me. I'm not very familiar with art journaling, but love the idea.
I am looking forward to getting to know you better.

This art journal page is gorgeous! Truly gorgeous. I love all the colors and all the designs that are blended together in the background. Your digi is definitely beautiful. She is full of color and pattern, very striking. Great job on your first journal page that you put no thought into :)
