Halloween isn't celebrated here in Australia the same way it is in the US so I don't have a use for many Halloween cards so today I made a bookmark - as I can never have enough of those.  

I just love this image - it makes me smile. The image has been coloured with copic markers. My background papers are from my scraps. And my ribbon is from my stash.  A nice and easy project for the week.

Welcome to Funday Friday Challenge #62 over at  Jo's Scrap Shack

This week we follow a sketch.  So get out your thinking caps and get inspired by this weeks sketch.

Our Sponsor this week is Stamp Art by Kathryn- I have used the fabulous digital image "Snow Friends".

My image has been coloured with copic markers and spectrum noir markers. My solid background papers are from my scraps. The multicoloured paper is one I made years ago using the shaving cream technique.  I was chatting with Jo earlier in the week and she was asking about the technique when I taught her about 8 years ago and I happened to know exactly where some sample were.  Joann challenged me to use them in this weeks creation.  They fit in beautifully.

The oval die is from Xcut Scalloped dies, the circle from QuickKutz cookie cutter scallops.

Glad to be back in blogland with another Funday Friday Challenge #61 over at  Jo's Scrap Shack

Our theme for this week is "Happy Fall" 

Our Sponsor this week is Bugaboo Digi Stamps - I have used their fabulous digital image "Edward Fall Pumpkins".

My image has been coloured with copic markers and die cut using Nellie's Multi Frames - "MFD 010".

My background paper I created using Ranger Alcohol Inks in "Butterscotch, Cranberry, Terracotta, Stream and Gold" using an applicator onto glossy photo paper with blending solution.  This background was attached to a card base.

Part of my doiley cut from Kaisercraft Decrative dies -"doilies" die was attached to my background. To this I added liquid pearls, and the word Hi came from my alpha letters stash.
